About Me

I am a proud Irishman living in London. I completed my psychology degree in University College, Cork, Ireland before moving to the United Kingdom 12 years ago to pursue further training. Since then, I have acquired a master's degree in Health Psychology from the University of Bath, a doctoral degree in Health Psychology from the University of the West of England, and a post-graduate diploma in cognitive behavioural therapy from Royal Holloway, The University of London. In addition to my formal qualifications, I have completed advanced training in eye movement desensitisation therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and mindfulness-based cognitive behavioural therapy. During this time, I have been fortunate enough to work in some of London's most prestigious hospitals. For more information, please visit my LinkedIn page via the icon below.
