Fees and Terms

Individual therapy

CBT & ACT therapy sessions are typically 50 minutes in length.

EMDR sessions are between 50-90 minutes. For more intensive EMDR processing 90 minutes per session is recommended, which allows for maximum benefit. During our initial conversations we can discuss your needs and decide what duration works best for you.

All sessions, whether 50 or 90 minutes in duration, are charged at the standard rate of £120.

Please note, I offer a free 15 minute online or telephone consultation to discuss your reasons for seeking support and to find out whether you feel the support I offer is right for you.

All appointments (whether you choose face-to-face, telephone or online) will take place in my private clinic room and are charged at the same rate as face-to-face.

Fees are to be paid at the end of each session by electronic bank transfer.

Private Healthcare Insurance:  I am a registered provider and accept referrals from the following healthcare insurance companies: AXA Health, Aviva, Cigna, Vitality Health and WPA

Bookings and Cancellations

I provide appointments outside of normal working days/hours to enable those requiring flexibility. My availability will depend on my existing caseload. To discuss availability, please contact me directly.

Your appointment can be rearranged up until 48 hours before the agreed time and date. Any changes following this will result in the session being fully charged. I will inform you at least one week in advance of any planned changes in my availability. In the rare event that I must change an appointment due to an emergency, you will not be charged.
